We install between October to November and Take down first 2 weeks of January
Whats the price based on?
We base on price on the number of feet needed for the lights on the home only. All the accessories are included. Whether the Lights are on the Ridge Line, Windows, or following the Driveway, we measure and charge by the foot. $3.94 for Leasing Lights for the length of lights being used on the Home or Landscaping. All accessories are included such as Timer, Extension Cords, Socket Wire, and LED Bulbs are all included in our $3.94/ft. Plus our 72 Hour Warranty for Light failures.
72 Hour Warranty
In the event there is a heavy wind or a Delivery Driver that accidentally damages or knocks lose the lights. Just call Leonardo Cleaning LLC and we will fix the problem FREE of Charge within 72 Hours when customer purchase our Leasing options. This is normally a $99 service fee.
Timers or Sensors
Timers are used when the customer is needing to set the lights to go On/Off with the rest of the HOA or the outlet is inside a covered Patio.
Dust to Dawn Sensors are good when the sky is visible from the Wall Outlet.
Both are good options and are provided with our Leasing Options.
High Electric Bill?
LED and Incandescent Bulbs are the 2 major types of Light bulbs in the industry.
- Incandescent Bulbs use 5 watts per hr, runs hot, and have a Glass shell. Life cycle is 1-2 seasons
- LED Bulbs use 0.5 Watts per hr, runs cold, and have a polycarbonate shell. Life cycle is 3-5 seasons
Leonardo Cleaning LLC uses only LED bulbs in all Leasing Packages
