Soft Washing

Soft-washing is using chemicals and low pressure to wash the surface. This process is uses Chemicals to break down and lift Dirt, Grime, Algae, Mold, Dust, or Organic buildup from the surface.  We allow the chemical to dwell for about 5 to 15 minutes before using low pressure(safe for running your hand under the Wand) to rinse off the Chemical/Dirt solution off the Surface.  This process is by far superior to Power Washing because it using a chemical instead of High Pressure(Not safe for running your hand under the wand) to remove contaminates from the surface. 

We Clean the following from the Surfaces such as Clement, Brick, Siding, Aluminium, Stucco, Fiberglass. to name a few:

• Algae
• Green or Black Mold
• Dirt 
• Grime
• Organic Buildup 

PLEASE READ THIS: Customer Instructions: 

Customer must remove all Pets, Potted Plants, Lawn Furniture, Electronics and other items from surface that needs to be cleaned.  Customer must point out any damaged areas that the water could go in. 

We have a minimal of $250 for any Soft-Wash Invoice.
